Erica Arnautovic, FNP

Erica has been a nurse practitioner at a pediatric office in the York County area since 2018. Erica is a wife and proud mom to four children. Her oldest two are her bonus babies and she and her husband welcomed two more children in 2017 and 2020. Through her job, she has managed child development concerns but when her youngest was diagnosed with Level 3 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at 18 months old, she wanted to do more for the growing number of families facing similar challenges as hers. With her unique position professionally and personally, she created a developmental program at the pediatric office where she can screen for and diagnose ASD. She is also able to give families additional information on dietary improvements, how to best engage with their child, and basic interventions to implement in the home while they await professional therapy services. Since 2023, she has developed a presentation to offer additional support and information about children with ASD or other developmental delays and how to create an inclusive environment at preschools, early childhood development centers, and school systems.
